3. Valid Refund Cases

Refund requests are only accepted if a proven technical defect in the code prevents its proper use, provided that:

  • The defect originates from the original issuing company, and
  • The issue is not due to misuse by the customer, nor caused by the platform or system where the code is used.

4. Refund Process & Service Fee

If the customer chooses to refund the payment to the original bank card used for purchase:

  • A refund processing fee of up to 3.5% of the order value may apply.
  • Refunds may take 24 hours to 5 business days, depending on the policies of banks and payment gateways.
  • MsahaStore is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party processors or banks.

5. After Delivery

Once the product has been successfully delivered:

  • MsahaStore is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of the digital code after delivery.
  • We are not responsible for expired codes or codes used incorrectly after being viewed or sent to the customer.
  • Acceptance of the delivered product (explicit or implicit) constitutes acknowledgment that it has been received correctly.

6. Policy Updates

MsahaStore reserves the right to modify, update, or remove any part of this policy at any time without prior notice.
