All activities performed under your account are your responsibility. You must prevent unauthorized access to your mobile number or the device that receives verification codes. Please notify MsahaStore immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or any other security breach.

1.3 Personal Use

Your account is for personal use only and cannot be transferred or shared with others.

1.4 Right to Suspend Membership

MsahaStore reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time if there is suspicion of violating these Terms or other policies, or for any reason deemed appropriate by the management, without the need for explanation.

2.1 Order Acceptance

MsahaStore reserves the right to decline any purchase order at its sole discretion for reasons including but not limited to:

• Use of a payment method belonging to another person
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity
• Failure to provide required verification information
• Other reasons related to internal policies

2.2 Payment Methods

When using any available payment method, the provided details must match the payment owner's information. You are responsible for entering accurate data and supplying any additional details requested by MsahaStore or the payment provider to avoid cancellations.

2.3 Fraud Cases

MsahaStore reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of being fraudulent without explanation.

2.4 Promotional Offers, Loyalty Programs, and Benefit Rules

3.1 Order Modification

No changes can be made to an order after final confirmation. Please ensure all details are correct before submitting.

3.2 Customer Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our products (e.g., e-cards, vouchers), confirmed orders cannot be canceled—even scheduled gift orders.

3.3 Product Delivery

After successful payment, digital products (cards or codes) are delivered by appearing in your account's Orders section or by email (if email delivery is enabled). Displaying the code in your account or sending it via email constitutes full delivery.

3.4 Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable

Digital products cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered, except in proven cases of a technical issue originating from the original issuer, handled according to the stated procedures.

3.5 Responsibility After Delivery

Once a code is delivered, responsibility for its use and confidentiality lies solely with you. MsahaStore is not liable for loss, theft, or unauthorized use of a code after delivery.

3.6 Code Expiry

MsahaStore is not responsible for expired codes. You must use your code within its validity period.
